The Build
The lamp body is made from high-purity quartz. It’s the right choice because it handles extreme heat and lets the UV through cleanly. We add a special coating to the quartz to focus the wavelengths, so the UV energy hits the VOCs where it counts. And for the connector, we use the industry-standard R7s. It’s built for high heat and high power, designed to take the expansion and electrical load without arcing or getting loose, even after thousands of heat cycles.
