A few practical notes. Match the lamp to the ink chemistry. A 365 nm peak is often the right call for many pigmented systems; 385 nm and 405 nm can be preferable when the formulation needs deeper photoinitiator response, or when you’re balancing surface cure with through-cure. Confirm reflector geometry and spot size so you hit the required irradiance window, and verify your substrate’s temperature limits—UV cure is fast, but heat still builds up. If you run in ozone-sensitive environments, specify the ozone-free quartz envelope option.
